Mind of a Mentor Episode #63: Ashley Hampton, Entrepreneurial Coach
Dr. Ashley Hampton is a licensed psychologist and entrepreneurial coach who helps female solopreneurs establish their brand’s credibility and unique identity. She also teaches her clients new strategies for improving efficiency and sustainability in order to achieve a better work-life balance.
Dr. Hampton gravitated toward entrepreneurship from a young age, running side hustles throughout her teens and twenties to make extra money. After earning her graduate degree in psychology, Dr. Hampton took a job at a medium-security federal prison, until an unfortunate injury changed the trajectory of her personal and professional life.
Dedicated to becoming her own boss, Dr. Hampton opened her own solo private psychological practice with a goal of generating six figures in revenue in her first 12 months. At first, Dr. Hampton struggled with the logistics of managing a business, but she gradually developed highly effective systems that enabled her to decrease her time at the office while increasing revenue.
Today, Dr. Hampton uses her coaching work to share the strategies that fueled her success. She is on a mission to help as many female entrepreneurs as possible build thriving businesses without sacrificing quality of life.
