Mona Munayyer Gonzalez is the New York-based Managing Director for Pereira O’Dell, a full-service advertising agency. With close to 15 years of experience in global creative networks, boutique innovation, and brand content-led shops, she has built a thorough understanding of how great brands are built. She is a passionate team leader who believes deeply in the power of storytelling.
During her time at Pereira O’Dell, Mona has worked on campaigns for globally-recognized brands including CocaCola, General Mills, Timberland, and Adobe. Earlier in her career, Mona worked with iconic brands in CPG, spirits, luxury, hospitality and technology at JWT, BBDO and The Barbarian Group. Some of her previous clients include Kraft Foods, Snickers, Clinique, Pepsi, and Beam-Suntory Liquors.
Mona is a board member at Fearless Beauty, a nonprofit organization that empowers women impacted by institutional and social injustice through cosmetology education and beauty industry mentorship. Fearless Beauty has built communities globally, teaching programs everywhere from rural India to Rikers Island. Mona is also a member of Chief, a private social network dedicated exclusively to women in professional leadership positions.
