Rita Bautista is a podcaster, content creator, and the Founder of Latina Podcasters ™, the first network committed solely to amplifying the voices of Latina and Mujeres Latinx podcasters. Her community’s mission is to amplify Latina voices by providing access to resources and a supportive community that will facilitate podcast growth and expansion.
With a career background in marketing and government relations, Rita’s communication skills were a natural fit for launching and hosting her own podcast. Her show, Empowerment & All That, is a podcast dedicated to women’s empowerment.
It was Rita’s own podcasting experience that led her to realize the lack of representation for Mujeres Latinas and Latinx podcasters, and inspired her to launch Latina Podcasters ™.
