Samantha DiGennaro is the Founder and CEO of DiGennaro Communications (DGC), a leading independent marketing communications agency dedicated to the art of strategic communications for B2B and B2C companies. The company is headquartered in New York, with offices in Santa Monica, CA and London.
Sam has driven impactful projects for executives at companies such as Refinery29, Facebook, Pinterest, Spotify, StitchFix, Postmates, National Geographic, Microsoft, Ogilvy and Digitas. She has counseled countless executives through their M&A and exit strategies (both buy-side and sell-side), and has successfully kept many unnamed companies out of the press in their moment of corporate crisis.
Prior to founding DGC, Sam honed her strategic communications skills at DMB&B (Publicis) and J. Walter Thompson (WPP), where she built and oversaw North American and Global Communications teams from 1998 – 2005.
Sam went on to launch DGC in 2006, where her energy, creativity, cast network, and unique vision have directed her agency’s culture, setting the tone for deep and longstanding client, press, industry, and influencer relationships.
