What?
Ossa’s Podcaster in Residence Program is an exclusive program for established hosts who have a larger audience. As a podcaster in residence, Ossa provides hosts with concierge support, ad operations, and additional monetization opportunities, such as episodic sponsorship and premium programmatic ad opportunities.

Alongside some core benefits, hosts who are part of the Podcaster in Residence program will be part of a cohort with other hosts who are at the same stage as you. You will have access to exclusive programming, mentorship, and VIP events.

Looking to increase your exposure and representation with brands? As an Ossa PIR (Podcaster in Residence), you will be provided with additional sales representation with Ossa and our sales partners.

With access to free hosting on Spreaker, our PIRs receive the benefits of one of the best hosting services, dynamic ad capabilities, and premium programmatic ad inventory.
AD OPERATIONS
Managing your ad operations and ad production can be costly and time-consuming. As a PIR (Podcaster in Residence), you are provided with dedicated team members to assist with the setup and execution of your ad ops.
SELL OTHER AD FORMATS
You will have the ability to sell episodic and sponsorship ad formats across your other channels, such as Instagram, YouTube, newsletters, blog posts, and much more.
How it Works?
If you meet the criteria to participate in this program, you will be required to commit to a minimum of 3 months, and you can cancel at any time after that if you are not happy. The PIR program remains non-exclusive, allowing you to continue monetizing your content from other channels and platforms.
